I think I missed two days this month when I was home for a funeral. Otherwise I did 30 minutes most days (25 once).

I have been getting ready for guests all day (along with fun stuff like shopping and a sauna). They arrive tonight at 1am -we will be asleep! They are letting themselves in and we will have some pizza for them (going to get it now).

I hooped to squirrel nut zippers album HOT and I swear it’s the best for hooping, so high energy and dancey. I love that style, I think it’s big band/swing.
