I still need to do this, but for a different reason. I am pregnant, and it is better for the baby.
Yes, I think my ability to relax is improving. I still have moments when I find I have gotten myself wound-up, and need to calm down, but that is happening less often than it used to.
I’ve just about given up on having a baby after five years of trying unsuccessfully. Since having two miscarriages in early 2010, I’ve had no luck at all, which carries it’s own stresses.
