Slightly desperate

I am so tired.
And I can’t sleep.
These past three nights I slept maybe 12 hours – in total. My back is giving me a hard time and I have trouble to shut out all very unwanted thoughts.
Writing down my activities and what I ate, I am not getting any wiser. It seems that eating too much is just as bad as eating too little. Getting rest druing the day is also just as bad as getting lots of exercise. Balancing both is difficult but even then, I am not getting more sleep.

Time to see a doctor? Maybe at least to get some help for my back…

I’ve been having trouble sleeping for the past 2-3 weeks as well. I am bright as daylight at 1-2 AM, and in the morning, when I have to get up and start the day, I feel like crap.
B’s been away for the last 3 weeks, but I’ve never had trouble sleeping when I was alone before, so I don’t think that’s it.

I’ve also tried taking it easy, and making myself tired, but nothing seems to work.

Hope it improves for both of us soon!

I just don’t think it’s something in the air…
