What’s your first language?
German

Do you speak any others fluently? By that I’m going to mean you could attend classes, go to work, grocery shop, have every day conversations in that language.
We speak German and Dutch at home. I once spoke French and Italian well enough but don’t “use” them anymore these days. It would be nice to bring them back to life again.
Oh, and English, of course. (R. and me used to speak English at home before the kids were born)

Do you speak any languages better than your native language?
Dutch… I often have to look for the right expression in German because all I can think of are the Dutch words in that moment. Happened a few times yesterday.

What languages are you actively pursuing right now?
None actively

What languages would you like to [one day] learn?
I learned Russian at school and would love to relearn it. Swedish would be fun to learn, too. One day…
