Do you ever watch “the Biggest Loser”?
I watched an episode last night off of youtube, and it was interesting.
I was amazed at how much weight they lost in a week. Ten or fifteen pounds! If I did that, I would be at my ideal weight in three or four weeks, after ten years of being too heavy.
However, I have heard you are only supposed to lose a pound or two a week to have healthy weight loss.
So, the questions.
Would you go on a show like this, if you were as heavy as these people, and show the world how overweight you are?
Do you think they are positive, or exploitive?
Do you think it’s healthy to lose weight that quickly?
Do you need to lose weight?
What do you do to maintain your current weight?
