Eddie Strange Wants a raccoon and a coyote. I wonder if they would get along...

Follow a Raw Vegan Diet (read all 3 entries…)
Problem solved...for now.

I decided it is better for me to take a raw vegan protein supplement than to continue eating animals. It’s not ideal, as I don’t care for taking supplements, but it is necessary to fill in the cracks of my diet.

Now that protein is taken care of, I believe I’m covered on all sides.
I think I have a petty bulletproof plan now that will keep me from being deficient in any nutrient. We’ll see how it goes!

Not long...

I was a vegetarian, still eating eggs and dairy for almost 4 years, incorporating fish on and off. This month is when I decided to go vegan.

To me, if it is at all possible to live a whole, healthy life without harming animals, then that is what I should do :) I want to go raw because from what I can tell, there is rarely any benefit to cooking vegetables. I also want to stay away from grains (wheat, rice, and so forth) so that wipes out several categories of cooked food. Not a bad way to live, and besides, there is such an abundance of beautiful fruits and vegetables where I live that I really don’t have an excuse to NOT eat raw :)
