While it would be fun to just plank that way, it’s definitely a lot more exercise to do the side plank (especially like the military guy is demonstrating).

That would be challenging for me because the cats demand affection so frequently from me. Pudette has gotten fickle about getting petted by mom, so I’m really having to give it to her now.
