I haven’t been keeping track of my weight… so I need help! Nothing that I know of has changed, can anyone tell me any way to help me lose weight? Nothing unhealthy for my body, I’m 13 years old and weigh about 155 pounds…
I have been doing that(: diets are ridiculous and dont work, and starving yourself isnt the answer either, i know!
I have been walking my dog and I have been playing Wii sword play, in fact I’ve reached the pro level on it(: I’ve been going to the worldwide national kayaking championships which are right in my downtown in my city of Wausau! I walk, see gorgeous rapids, watch kayaking, and meet new people. I kayak myself and this past week I’ve been swimming EVERY DAY… last week Monday I went to Noah’s ark- LOTS OF WALKING!!! yess!!!! :D
I accept myself, but losing weight really wouldnt hurt(; thanks for the help!

When I couldn’t lose weight and was constant,y tired I found out it was my thyroid, it was under active. An chance you can get it checked? Look up hypothyroidism and see what you think.
