As you grow and change, your journal entries will also grow and change. Be open to that, the journal is a place for your mind to be free. No pricey journal needed, just a book with some paper a pen or pencil and your mind. You can also look up journal prompts if you’d like suggesstions on what to write each day. Some journals also have the topic to write about there on the page. I tend not to appreciate such books though, because I dont really want to be told what to write about. A blank book, for me is best. Youll have to also decide for you what you are comfortable with, and what makes yor heart sing.
I started keeping a journal 22 years ago. I can go back and see how my thoughts have changed and grown. It’s a decision that I have never regretted.
