Andrea409 Progress, not perfection
Technically, I’ve knitted two pairs of socks so far. However, the first pair, although wearable, are pretty jacked up. To put it bluntly, they’re a mess. I’ll still wear them and love them, because they were my first pair; but I’m not going to include them in this goal.
This brings me to the real question at hand here – how many pairs is enough to wear a fresh pair every day? I suppose seven pairs is the obvious answer, if you do laundry once a week. So, I think I’ll start with seven and decide at that time if I feel I need more pairs to fulfill this goal.
[The pattern I used for this pair of socks is called “Contrast Toe and Heel Socks” and can be found on Lion Brand Yarn’s website. I will definitely use this pattern again. Oh, please pardon the obnoxious time stamp on my pic above. I’m technologically-impaired, and I didn’t know how to get rid of it. My hubby has since solved this conundrum for me.]
UPDATE: I’ve changed my mind. I’ve been wearing that first pair of jacked-up socks. They’re not the prettiest, but they are wearable. So two pairs down!
