Downloaded a couple workout apps. Felt like I should pull back a bit, as I was getting tired, but more than likely I should keep doing the same stuff until it begins to become less of a challenge.



Comments:

I love workout apps. They make it easy to do mini workouts no matter where I am.

It’s been so nice to be able to work out at home. I’ve never been comfortable in gyms.
