I weigh a pound or so more than yesterday…i know it’s most likely normal fluctuations but i can’t help feeling discouraged :(

Could you try picking a day each month to weigh yourself? then you wouldn’t get sad if you’ve put on weight because of water retention or muscle or hormonal fluctuations . MyFitnessPal is a good app for recording calories and exercise and its posts about your progress are positive. Could that help? :)
i tend to find that weighing myself every day is what keeps me on track. i guess i should look at the bigger picture though over a month rather than every day :)
and i havent used myfitnesspal in forever, but i think that is a good idea to get back into it!
