Be more efficient when working (read all 7 entries…)
Well, I've been wavering on this this a bit... 3 years ago

but, I did make another start. Today I cleaned off my desk and reorganized some….got rid of a lot of dead paperwork. I also did some getting my bearings today of where this month is going. I hope to get some more tomorrow and have everything done that needs to be done by Thursday. (I hesitate to put a time-frame on this because I know that desolateirony might actually ask ;) But, maybe it’ll provide that extra motivation! :) )

Today's progress...

I forgot about having a meeting first thing this morning, so that took over an hour of my day away. But, I did print out a master schedule today and some management reports so they will help me. I did schedule some more appointments that needed to be scheduled and started a list of things to do for tomorrow. So, today wasn’t a total loss.

What do I have left to do? Here’s my list:
  • Get update paperwork scheduled with clients for next week.
  • Prefill as much information as possible in the paperwork forms.
  • Work on service contracts that are pending.
  • Contact unresponsive new client list.
  • Create my “monthly battleplan” list.
  • Update client phone list.
  • Filing
  • Schedule clients who haven’t met with me this month.
  • Do documentation for today’s activities.
  • Work on timesheet.
  • Do mileage form.
  • Organize drawers in desk.
  • Meet clients that are already on the schedule.
  • Check on information for client trip next week.

This makes me realize I may have one busy day tomorrow!

Left on my list...

I think I’m going to nag myself on this goal…I’m glad I’m not a boss…I underestimated the time of meeting with clients, so my list still leaves a lot to accomplish.
