I trim my hair into a v as that is the natural shape of the taper as my hair continues to grow. I believe this shape to be the most beautiful on wavy hair like mine. Natural, fairytale ends but healthy ends – who wants a blunt cut when wavy natural hair looks so enticing?
Anyway I’m uploading a photo as it’s still at tailbone and needs a little encouragement ;)

Hehe I think it’s something about the British reservedness, people seem to rarely compliment one another where I live, I’m just as bad though when it comes to strangers I can never just say “hey great hair!” or whatever, maybe it stems from a fear that one will be considered a freak to come out and say something like that!
The only times someone has said anything, they’ve been someone I know or an aquaintance who is normally very outgoing. It’s a nice quality, maybe I should add it to my goals list!
Besides, look at your hair. Who wouldn’t think it lovely?
But…tell me…don’t you spend an awful lot of time farting around with it? I mean, washing it and drying and whatever else you might do with it?
My kid would love to spend a week putting it in Ubangi braids. She’d go nuts.
The kid loves her hair like it is up there, though that is but one variation of a theme she seems to love.
