My how things change... 3 years ago

Today I had to end my relationship with Mr. Wonderful because our cultural differences are destroying us. He wants to remain friends but I refused because whenever I see him I’d always want to run into his arms or shower him with kisses.

I can’t believe that everything has fallen apart in the span of 1 week, I guess we never truly loved one another because in the face of adversity we decided to give up.

I let go

Well, I’m working on truly letting go but it’s not that easy when you’ve built your future around someone. I really like this entry and I’m trying to focus on being happy for the past and hopeful for the future.

Hurts like hell though look back with a smile

I understand/know the feeling first-hand . It’s hard as hell at first, though doing it gives so much REALNESS:

grasping stubbornly;
heart learning to Let it go- though not fade away, for Now there is nothing (of that past) to hold.. A lesson in life to keep moving on, look back in compassion, hopeful for new possibilities of the future and carry on.

longing;
like a huge downpour, soon lifts before you know it.

freedom;
A stronger person in the end… open for new (heaven or hell no matter you take them both on, face on)

Yes, I’m grateful for all the relationships i’ve had, each giving more to life of Being.
