I’m a senior art director for a small “creative” agency in a very small market. I’m so tired of the BS that surrounds trying to do great work here. ie.. clients have no money but want top notch work and boss wants top notch work but doesn’t want you to spend too much time. I think this is the mind set of the other agencies here as well. I’m sort of stuck here due to certian circumstances so moving is not much of an option. Any advice from someone in a similar situation?

I know your situation, I’m kind of stucked in a very similar agency. And plus I don’t get as well paid as I would like to.
I’m a copywriter. The thing here is that our clients are politicians so they always change my top notch work for a piece of crap, so like, nothing I do ever goes out like I did it. Sometimes I don’t want to tell people what I’ve done.
I decided I’m moving out. I’m leaving the entire city. Maybe you should just learn to deal with it in a way it doesn’t affect you and search for a better oportunity.
