I’ve obviously never met him, in fact I have no idea what he even looks like. I can’t decide whether this is better than knowing. He’s sort of been a weird ‘not there’ figure, who I wonder about sometimes. You can guess the sort of stuff: ‘Do i look like him?’ ‘Is he a good person?, ‘Would I like him?’ etc.
Is it better to wonder? I guess I’m scared of what I might find.
Meet him when your ready, if you know how to contact him.
It’ll probably be one of the hardest things you’ll ever do in you life.
It’s emotional. You’ll question your whole life, who you are, and what you believe in.
But it’s a wonderful journey of self discovery that might be worth the trip.
Be ready though. Be sure enough of who you are inside and what you think of your family that raised you.
You’ll question all of this again after the meeting, but know what’s in your heart.
This won’t be easy.
