I waited ‘till I was 24 to get mine, for a lot of different lessons. I felt like I was selling out when I got it too and I still don’t use it very often. The ability to get into a car and take off is incomparable though.

somewhere, or riding a bike. Besides, who’s ever

You have enlightened me. I can see that point of view and sidewalk rage would be a new phenomenon. You also have a good point about experiences while walking because my brother and I had a great time walking to our downtown area which is 15 minutes from our house.
I’d just rather have the OPTION to walk or drive rather than limit myself to walking or public transit. MARTA sucks, even after raising prices again which should pay for improvements.
