have 43 cheers – my goals on meditating and pilates. At the moment these aren’t going that well. Everytime those little reminder e-mails arrive in my inbox, I feel guilty. Now all these people have cheered these goals, I feel more guilty. Maybe this is a message from somewhere for me to do something?

Often the problem is getting started back after something slid.
Pilates is killer, they are offerring a new class at my gym and I might try to go…perhaps I should make it a goal and we can try together…
I’m just afraid they will do something bad to my leg…
It should be OK for your leg
If the Pilates teacher knows what he/she is doing, they will work around your leg. Why don’t you have a chat to them about this, and see how willing and able they are to do this?
In the time I’ve been doing Pilates, a lot of the other people in my class have been recovering from some sporting injury and want to exercise without straining the affected part. Pilates lets them do that,because the exercise programme can be adjusted so that different parts of your body can be isolated.
Yes I do want to do Pilates, but currently I’m only managing to get to my regular class, not to get practice in between which is what I want to do. The I get the guilts with the e-mails…
