feel,convert all my energy and choose to response only on a postive way to my surrounding (read all 2 entries…)
be postively influenced and influence

deliberately respond surronding postively and chose the things to response rather than waste time on put attention on bad aspect of everything, try to convert the lost enegy from negtive emotion, thinking and action for the good things…

grow it as a habit, let me say ~ 21 days attention…
