Yesterday i went to the gym 11th time. Friday i was too tired to wake up in the morning and besides i ended up going for a few beers on thursday evening (a thing i haven’t done for couple of months). At last i raised weights in the last excersises i haven’t done that yet. I hope next month will be as good as the last one and that i’ll get as much results. But propably the first month was the fastest one for results.
