very slackly on this goal. Others too, yes, but I had really hoped to sustain the momentum on this one.

They don’t have to be two separate things, seriousness and playfulness.
I know, they seem complete opposites, but engage that possibility.

...if you accept that the universe provides – big things and small ones too. Needless to say, I laughed out loud and hooted while reading this because of course, of course, this is what I needed at this moment.
Minutes after you wrote this I logged on to my email to retrieve a password for a service I just subscribed to. There are no accidents. I am writing about climate change – a serious thing and am seriously going through writer’s block. In fact, it feels more like a full-scale, highly organised blockade. I like the notion of not separating seriousness and playfulness and if there were ever an assignment to test this approach on, this is it. And maybe this shift in mindset is part of what is needed to help pull pieces of me together again.
