Don't die, just go! :P

Don’t die trying… just save up a few thousand dollars, buy a cheap flight (I always find cheap flights at http://airfare.com) and just go. I did this last September and had SO much fun! And by staying in hostels (like college dorms) you meet so many other nice (and inspiring) travellers from all walks of life, that you really don’t have to have a travel partner.
