by sitting on the couch and writing about becoming fitter, am i?
obviously not. because if i’m on the computer i’m likely to eat and sit and be on the computer doing so little that’s actually productive (haha). but today i haven’t actually eaten yet. though i don’t really think that’s getting fitter- that’s getting crazy.
i better go go for a walk.
at least i’ll start work again tomorrow and that will get me back to a better sleep schedule.
