We got a treadmill and it’s perfect. I’ve never had time to run after school and my excuses were pathetic – it’s too dark, it’s too sunny, it’s too cold, etc.. and since soccer season finished, I’ve had done no excercise for the past month.
Now, I can run at midnight which is the perfect time for me.
I started off last week with 3.5 km – which I thought was pretty impressive at the time.
Now, a week later, Im running 6.8 km at 7.5km/hr!
Just starting the run is really hard for me. But after 30min, I get all pumped up and stuff!
