exercising in the summer heat! 2 years ago

Whooo it’s really hot here in vegas to exercise, let alone with the heat I must of lost some pounds. Exercising when the weather is excessively hot takes a toll on you. I kept my routine simple today.

stretching for 15 mins.
Running outside: 20 min.
Sit Ups: 200
Triceps: 3 reps of 15 on each arm.
Shoulder and trapezius: 3 reps of 15.

Sydney!!

I heard it gets really hot there during the summer because the sun is much closer but the desert heat must be equal to sydney. It get’s up to 115 degrees sometimes.
