I’ve always been fascinated by Chinese brush painting. I definitely like it better than Western art, as I find the blend of colors and strokes so magical. I just tried my hand on it today and it’s harder than I thought. There’s a certain way that you have to hold the brush and there’s also the technique of dipping and tipping involved which I am totally unfamiliar with until now. I am learning this art by teaching myself, but I hope to take formal lessons to see how the experts do it in action.
