My body and my mental space don’t feel very good right now, and I feel like I am exasperating it with how I am dealing with things. A two-week mind and body cleanse seems like a good place to start in getting myself back. I am going to start on it tomorrow, since there is no time like the present to do things that are good for us. Also, it is long overdue. I have been wallowing in this uncomfortable space for too many months, and I am ready to feel like the bright and healthy, happy, optimistic person I normally am. This space I’m in currently feels like crap!
