What I know so far 2 years ago

I like bordeaux. I like most Italian reds. I LOVE Pinot Grigio.

I don’t like Chardonay or Merlot.

That’s most of what I know. I can somewhat accurately describe the flavors present in what I like too.

more you can try

i HATE chardonnay, too. if you like italian reds, you might like spanish ones. try tempranillo. it’s usually pretty cheap, too. and if you like pinot grigio, you might also like a really good gewurtztraminer (german), but i’m pretty sure you will like this one spanish white: a verdejo by jose parriente. that’s my fave. cheers!
