So I gave out to my colleagues how the manager in the branch was such a dick and how I will never set foot into the store again, unless it’s got to do with business.
I had my vouchers changed to a different store, which only has a girl’s collection. So bf wasn’t happy that he couldn’t get free nice clothes anymore, so I changed my vouchers back to the one and only store with a men’s collection. Then, yesterday, out of nowhere, I get this phonecall from another person working in said branch, who told me that my manager had mentioned the whole incident to him and that he would reimburse me for the pants. All I could say was thank you and how I was looking forward to visiting them soon.
So bollox to having a backbone and yay to my manager and your different manager in the store for rectifying the situation.
