i had to do this as a sort of work experience.
i used to love cheese before i did this. but once i experienced all the digusting details, i couldn’t eat it for a couple of weeks…

What Was Disgusting?
What was so bad about it? I can imagine that on an industrial scale cheesemaking might be pretty gross (a room full of cheese probably doesn’t smell great), but on a home scale it doesn’t seem to be an issue.
