But don’t read it in order. There are some really, really tricky parts to it, so cherry pick it. Read the best parts first—but not the last part.
I’d tell you that you can get used to the style, but he changes it with every section.
For what it’s worth, I thought the first few pages were really hard too. If you want to know some of my favorite sections, let me know. I’ll try to point you to the parts that make the English language sing.

There are parts that you’ll read, get to the end, and say “What did I just read?” The way around that is… just get sparknotes. Don’t stop reading through it, and you’ll get to the end someday. I think it’s very woth doing, if for no other reason then to be able to say that you did it.
