In my case, it’s the coffee itself which bothers me, not the caffeine. The result is, drinking coffee on a daily basis just makes my body feel yeech, even if it’s decaf (which tastes bad in my opinion; unfortunately, the caffeine adds flavor.) Now I drink green tea most mornings, and once or twice a week go out for a GOOD coffee. Since I can only have it so often, it HAS to be good, no watered down stuff. It doesn’t work to keep it in the house because it’s too tempting. This system has worked for me for several months now.
