I’M DEPRESSED BCUZ I EAT 2 MUCH AN I EAT SO MUCH CUZ I’M DEPRESSED!IT’S AN ENDLESS CIRCUIT!!!I NEED HELP REAL BAD!

Try and eat foods that make you feel zesty and fresh. When you get up in the morning, have a glass of orange juice.

It may help that when you really want to et something, grab some chewing gum. It’s not the most healthy or most dentist-approved answer (lol) but is the only thing I can think of.
