I love Ethiopian food and there aren’t any Ethiopian restaurants around here. I could make some big pancakes and put spicy stew on them, but it wouldn’t be the same. I want the real thing.

I think this is an awesome goal—I had Ethiopian food for the first time a few weeks ago a little restaurant that looks like its run by a family, or a few friends. :-)
