I’ve tried everything from holding out to jumping in on the first date, anything you can think of to attempt to have a successful relationship, I’ve done, I’ve even attempted to not try to have one… if that makes any sense to you. I just don’t know if I’m made to be happy with anyone. I was recently head over heels for this guy who said he loved me for a little bit and then he tells me he only needs me for comfort and security, which I am all for, except he doesn’t really love me like he said. I think men/boys/ etc. are the ones who play the mind games more than the women do, I try to work with them, but it’s like they don’t want to put in any effort themselves. sigh it’s a battle I wish I could win.
