Put the doors on my IKEA wardrobe (read all 4 entries…)
One door on..mostly 3 years ago

The thing kept falling on my head then my foot then it flipped over..i’m surprised it didn’t break in two. oh, it was so frustrating! It took me over two hours to stack things just the perfect height to prop it up on and screw the hinges into the frame. I’m not even going to bother with the drilling and putting the handles on. I just really want to get these doors on. I could really use the help of someone to just hold the door up while I turn the screws. My ex and I were going to put this thing together the day we broke up, June 23rd.

I have a huge bruise on my left leg, a small cut on my big toe and a huge red bruise on my other littler toe. All from that night. Yeah, still just one door on.

I just can’t wait to hear your story when you finally get to go to Ikea! What’s up with your man, anyway? ;o)

I feel guilty now saying you should get on and get those wardrobed doors done :( (((Hugs)))
My man words offshore for a month at a time so I suppose when he comes home the thought of going to Ikea doesn’t exactly fill him glee especially as our nearest store is over 100 miles away. But I think I’ve been patient enough now – don’t you ;)
