B: high-fiber bagel w/a light frost of cream cheese/coffee
S: special-K blueberry bar/water
L: small slice of homemade pizza/diet coke
S: 2 clementines, light popcorn (WANTED POTATO CHIPS!!!)/water
D: green salad with chicken breast & fat-free dressing/beer
S: small yogurt (shared with my son, because he had to have some) and 1/2 granola bar/water
