I want to become a property developer because…

at the moment I don’t really enjoy my job. I am on my second owned home and believe that I have what it takes to become a successful property developer (apart from the money that is!).

I am bordering on obsessed with the idea of turning an old, unkempt house into something beautiful and earning enough money to live my life and make this into something of a business enterprise.

Unfortunately, I do not have the cash ready to do this and so will have to wait and SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!

I love Sarah Beeny’s programmes and have already successfully made profits on my own first home (with much help from the ex admittedly). I have my own home and believe that it has already risen in value.

I think that the work would be rewarding. I love lists and organising things and am good with budgeting. Although it will be hard work, the end product will be much rewarding than my current work.
