...I’ve done it hundreds of times…haha
What’s difficult is to stay away from it.
I’ve been smoking since I was 9 years old and I’m 41 today. Been pragnent (and didn’t quit), had cancer (and didn’t quit) and I even stopped for 3 months and fell back into it again.
Sometimes I wonder if it’s so impossible because I got started so early…if nicotin have become a part of the chemistry in my body.
I know…that sounds like excuses…but without it I get sick after a while.
But knowing how good I’m doing when I don’t smoke (3 months was enough to find out what a difference it made) it’s one of those things I would want to do before it’s too late.
If nothing else, it might get me a couple of more years of life and prevent the cancer from showing it’s ugly face again.
