Still finding it hard
I do good most of the day but by evening, my willpower fades. I am noticing a difference, when I do eat junk, though, in how I feel. So i will try harder today. So far so good, but it is only 9:12 AM. I set an apple on the counter to remind me they are in the fridge.

I set a bowl of fruit on the dining room table to discourage me from grabbing at junk. So I think we have the same idea *smiling. At around 3pm I grab a handful of almonds to munch on..keeps me full till dinner and its healthy for you.
