I have taught piano lessons for 5 years now with only a year of formal piano education myself. Now I will be attending college and majoring in Music Ed. in order to get a better musical foundation to teach from. I’m really excited, and can’t wait to get started!

And don’t leave it as long as I have to start doing what you really want to do with your life. Presuming you’re still young and have a lifetime ahead of you – it’s a lot easier to learn to do these things when you’re still young. I love music too – I guess I know enough to teach if I wanted to (and I might one day).
Me – I just want to keep learning my piano, maybe still learn the guitar and improve my singing.
