learn to like tea (read all 3 entries…)
A taste for tea 5 years ago

I like the concept of drinking tea, and I have a tea kettle, but I have yet to find a tea that I’m excited about drinking. Maybe it’s because I keep hoping it’ll taste like my Great Aunt Edith’s iced tea, which was really more like sweet lemonade with just a splash of tea.

It's kind of like beer...

...you just have to keep trying until you find one you like. Murchie’s Tea in Vancouver, B.C. has a huge variety. Great Aunt Edith’s drink sounds like an Arnold Palmer, which you can get at the Union Square Grill. Or make your own!

Cranberry, Rasberry and Elderflower combine in a pretty nice tea.

Some sweetened Earl Grey is nice too.

Green tea is kind of aquired taste but worth it.

Aunt Edith's Secret Recipe?

In my quest to give up Pepsi, I picked up a bottle of Nantucket Nectars Half and Half (an iced tea and lemonade mix). Lo and behold—it tastes almost exactly like my Aunt Edith’s iced tea.
