I always thought there was something wrong with me-that perhaps I was too high-maintenance or had unrealistic expectations-because I was always unhappy with my jobs. Then, last year, I was hired as a manager for Starbucks. It’s been a long year of learning, but I am so so so HAPPY with my job, for the first time in my life.
