No watter today so far...
I has 5 gulps of banana-lemon juice this morning as some sort heroic of attempt on making breakfast. Conclusion, not there yet…
try to maybe drink more water by adding a few drops (or more :) of a juice you like to give it some sort of taste – it might make drinking water more apealing.
It works for me :-)
I drink alot of mineral water – well about 2 l. per day and it’s great. I noticed even my skin looks fresher :)
