Do it, but be prepared. You have to know how to move and how to handle yourself in a pit before attempting to go in the middle otherwise you are likely to get killed. There are very simple rules to mosh pits. 1. Don’t go in if you can’t handle it. 2. If someone goes down, pick them up and then move them out of the way. Easy. And always drink lots of water because it gets really hot.
