I had the oportunity to work with NASA in the Texas Fly High program for High School students in the spring of 2000. I was in the A1 fight group that flew on April 6th. You can check out the photos for the program and read more about it at the web address below. My team worked on an experimental HFB, hydrodynamic focusing bioreactor, that was being designed for use on the ISS. Wylie Labs held the contract for the design of the space based HFB. If you are in high school in Texas, you may want to see if your school can become a part of this program.
