hi im new to this whole gaining weight thing. ive been gaining for about a week. i really want an overhanging belly. it hangs over a bit when i sit down. but i want it to hang over when i stand up. not just at the front but all around.
so far ive gotten a half an inch fatter at the stomach. (27 – 27.5 inches)
what and when should i eat to get an overhanging belly?
i need all the advice i can get.
