it will grow back easily. Especially if you keep your hair healthy. You can do this by brusing your hair carefully and using a deep conditioning treatment every weekend, like Redken’s All Soft Heavy Cream.

It’s also good to aviod damaging products like Pantene Pro-V, (I’ve reasearched online and haircare professionals I’ve asked have told me it damages hair).

Also, you do not have to trim hair as often as people say. I only have mine trimmed about twice a year and even then I have them take only the split ends or just a tiny trim. Trust me I’ve had long hair for as long as I can remember! Good Luck!
