I completed an Outward Bound sea kayaking course in the Bahamas in the spring of 2002. I didn’t know how to swim at the time. It was worth every penny. Definitely worth it!

I’d love to do another course when I have the money. Probably something in Alaska. For now I’ll settle for Swap-Yas: cool, free service trips where you exchange 5 days of service for 2 days of outdoor fun and food/lodging at the base camp for a week.
